• Fraudulent Transactions — Use of chargebacks or fraudulent payment methods.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks — Attempting to breach the platform's security.

Jaya 11 reserves the right to take legal action if any of the above activities are detected.

Jaya 11 may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or activity.
• Court orders or legal requirements.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
